Zhengde Brief introduction of angle steel: Angle bar, also known as "L-bar", "L-bracket" or "angle iron, is a
metal in the form of a right angle. Steel angle bar is the most
widely used structural steel by the construction industry because
of its very economical cost.
Structural steel angles are manufactured by rolling pre-heated
blooms to form an angle shape. We make sure our angle bars are
produced under strict quality controls conforming to ASTM A36
specification.
Types of angle steel: mainly divided into two types: equilateral
angle steel and unequal side angle steel, among which unequal side
angle steel can be divided into two types: unequal sides and equal
thickness and unequal sides and unequal thickness.

Angle steel belongs to carbon structural steel for construction. It
is a simple section steel, mainly used for metal components and
frames of factory buildings. In use, it is required to have good
weldability, plastic deformation performance and certain mechanical
strength. The raw material billet for the production of angle steel
is low-carbon billet, and the finished angle steel is delivered in
the state of hot rolling, normalizing or hot rolling.High Strength
Adequate inventory
The specifications and inventory of angle steel are complete,
expressed in dimensions of edge length and edge thickness. The
specification of angle steel is 2-20, with the number of
centimeters of the side length as the number. The same size angle
steel often has 2-7 different side thicknesses. Imported angle
steel shall be marked with the actual dimensions and edge thickness
on both sides, and relevant standards shall be indicated.
Generally, those with a side length of 12.5cm or more are large
angle steels, those between 12.5cm and 5cm are medium angle steels,
and those with a side length of 5cm or less are small angle steels.
Attention to detail
The surface quality of angle steel is stipulated in the standard,
and it is generally required that there should be no harmful
defects in use, such as delamination, scarring, cracks, etc.
The allowable range of geometric shape deviation of angle steel is
also stipulated in the standard, generally including bending
degree, side width, side thickness, top angle, theoretical weight,
etc., and it is stipulated that the angle steel must not have
significant torsion.
